2020 is here. What are your New Year’s Resolutions? Have you set any professional goals? Can you get “out of the weeds” long enough to accomplish them? What if “in the weeds” is exactly where you need to be to bring value and innovation to your organization?
You can do it! Our February 2020 chapter meeting will help you spring into action.
Guests Veronica O’Sullivan and Pete Huddy, from Epiq, will present ideas and specific strategies to help you start the year off right.
Epiq helps transform organizations across a wide variety of industries by driving impactful operational change and cost savings through our experienced people, resources and innovative technologies. “Our primary goal is to accelerate that transformation and help you meet your New Year’s Resolutions, in 2020 and beyond.”
Veronica O’Sullivan – Senior Operations Manager, The Carolinas:
Veronica began her operations career with Epiq (DTI) in 2000, after receiving her Master’s Degree from New York University. Within her first year, Veronica began to assume leadership responsibilities. Veronica Served as the Site Manager for their flagship account at the world famous Waldorf=Astoria hotel and soon after, as the Operations Director, overseeing the Business Center at the Plaza Hotel, as well as the implementation of four legal accounts in NYC.
Years before Epiq’s growth into a global legal solutions provider, Veronica developed her client base to include an international law firm, for which she provided on-site business process support in Spain, Singapore, China, England & Puerto Rico. Through these engagements, Veronica has built global relationships with both vendors and clients.
In response to the growing number of on-site facilities in the Southeast, as well as her growing family, Veronica relocated to SC in 2006. She has since implemented sites in both North and South Carolina and developed an outstanding team of leaders. Her team provides a variety of transformative business services to the legal community, such as, document services, records management, hospitality, reception, litigation services and facilities management. Veronica was awarded Operations Manager of the Year in 2017.
Veronica lives in Charleston, SC with her husband David and their thirteen year-old son, Hunter. She is the President of her homeowners’ association, on the Board of Manyata Ministries and a competitive runner.
